We are ideally situated just a short walk from downtown, in the charming and historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms with queen-size pillow-top beds and a fully equipped kitchen designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Step outside to a private, fenced backyard featuring a relaxing hammock, a gas grill, and optional hot tub access available for $50 per stay. Wild Treehouse Paradise in the Cliffs & Trees

Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!
