Snug in the pines above downtown, this quiet cabin is designed to help you unplug and unwind. Watch the deer take their morning walk through the property on their self made paths. Close your eyes and drift off to the sounds of birds and the wood all around you. Inside you'll find a lovely marriage of modern and vintage, newly updated space that is open, bright, and very clean! Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms with queen-size pillow-top beds and a fully equipped kitchen designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Step outside to a private, fenced backyard featuring a relaxing hammock, a gas grill, and optional hot tub access available for $50 per stay. Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road.
