Our home is a 3 min drive to Starbucks, Walmart, Frys, Harkins Movie Theater, Findlay Toyota Center, YRMC hospital, Mountain Valley Park,stores, shopping&more. Our home is a 17 min drive away from historic downtown Prescott. There are many beautiful lakes,hiking trails & parks nearby. Our home is very spacious with a huge 65inch tv in the Living Room for the whole family to enjoy after a fun day of sight seeing.

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.
