U vrtu se nalazi konoba s unutrašnjim kaminom za roštilj. Kućica je novo uređena te je svime opremljena. 25 minuta pješke potrebno je do prve plaže na Pećinama (gradskom kupalištu). Također postoje plaze na Kantridi koja su udaljene autom otprilike 14 minuta i u Kostreni koje su udaljene autom 15 minuta.

The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated at ground level in a self standing small house with cathedral ceiling decorated with real wooden beams. It is fully equipped, with a view of the east coast of the island Krk. Outside is a terrace. We are a pet friendly accommodation ; pet fee is 10E per day per pet.
