They are a combination of historical architecture and contemporary design that captivates with its simplicity and charm. It contains 15 apartments decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
