Iako je kuća u šumi, iz nje je prekrasan pogled prema Jadranskom moru. Uživate li plivati, treba vam samo pola sata autom, da biste se okupali u njemu.

Ili jednostavno ostanite na posjedu i uživajte u roštiljanju i hlađenju na terasi. Zimi uživajte u sanjkanju na obližnjim sanjkalištima u Lokvama i Delnicama.

Our house is located in the center of Delnice and offers WiFi, TV, Netflix, air conditioning, free parking, a garden, a jacuzzi. It includes a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a seating area. It also has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a stovetop, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. The apartment has a French balcony. In front of the house there is a barbecue area with a grill, an electric plate and a social area.

Ovo je minijaturna kuća izgrađena od stare hladnjače uklopljene u kamene zidove. Sav namještaj, stolarija i ukrasi su handmade izrade. Pred kućicom se nalazi malo jezero prepuno života i veliki maslinik. Iza kućice raste mala borova šuma. Gostima je na raspolaganju 2000 m2 okućnice. Kućica se nalazi van sela, od mora je udaljena oko 1km (2 min. automobilom). Market je udaljen oko 1,5km. Grad Krk i Malinska 14 km, trajektno pristanište Valbiska 6,3 km.

Our guests can experience tiny living, rest, recharge and enjoy nature. For us, the best feature is that it’s one of the few remaining bits of intact nature and isolation with a great connection to the seaside, mountains and urban areas. We love that limited and simple space makes us rethink the optimal amount of material things we actually need. For those arriving during the full moon period, the atmosphere is spectacular :)

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
