Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Apartment in building features 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with sea side views. On top of above, apartment include: wi-fi, each room air conditioned (3 set), parking lot for 2cars (one within enclosed garage; other one at building open area; both reserved for the apartment). Space is pet friendly (max 2 pets) and addittional charge apply for subjected topic, pet beach available in vicinity.

This is a perfect villa for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but still 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the center of tipical Dalmatian village where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and market.Villa has been renovated and everything is new,beds, showers,bbg,heated pool,kitchen aplliances,air condition. The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
