Tucked away, you’ll live at a slower pace. And as your host, I'm here not only to provide a peaceful place but to guide you to explore and taste all of Dalmatia’s best—sharing my knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and local tips. Villa Marijana with heated pool

This beautiful villa is located in quiet neighborhood and it is surrounded with beautiful nature. We are close to the city of Nin and most popular beach in the area . City of Zadar is 15 minutes away by car. The house is perfect place for bigger familys and groups. It is very spacious and modern equipped. The villa consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with dinning room, heated pool and outdoor kitchen. Our guests have free parking place, WIFI and grill.

The sea is only 20 minutes away by car. Plitvice Lakes National Park is within 1 hour drive. 4 more national parks are also within an hour drive.

Udaljenost od grada Zadra je 12 km ,plaža u Posedarju je na udaljenosti 10 km ,a ako želite I volite planine, tu je naš Velebit sa njegovim slavnim Tulovim gredama . To je mjesto posebno poznato po snimanju filma Winnetou,a udaljeno je 50 km od vašeg smještaja.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. It has separate entrance and parking space. It's spacious, it has a lot of light. Ideal for two or for a family with children. Walk to the nearest beach takes 20 minutes (2 Kilometers). The old town is 3 kilometers (30 minutes walk). By car drive to the old town in 5 minutes.

Stone house is located in tourist center,70 m far away from sea.It is house with five app,everyone has their own entrance and privacy.Some app have balconies overlooking the sea.Guests have common courtyard,outdoor fireplace with kitchen.
