The Villa it’s composed of a living room with a window directly on the sea, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a magnificent garden with a terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of San Francesco. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and everything you need to cook unforgettable italian meals. Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. During the stay I provide my guests with my phone number. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Immersa in un giardino di limoni, arance e piante mediterranee, la casa dispone di: cucina, 2 bagni, 3 stanze, per ospitare fino a una massimo di 6 persone. All'esterno, in spazi riservati, sara' gradevole una pausa, per godere, dalla colazione alla cena, l'esperienza di vivere in una casa ischitana in pieno centro. Disponibile una zona parcheggio.
