only 50 meters from the sea, in a small corner of the paradisiacal, privileged and world famous Cap d'Antibes and 2 steps from the famous Garoupe beaches, which are integrated into one of the most beautiful bays in the world, we offer you an independent accommodation with a large swimming pool, completely private, just for you. Pure luxury! This accommodation was the original Poolhouse, which has been completely renovated and transformed into an independent guest house (annex to our villa);

Das außergewöhnliche Apartment befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses an der Promenade des Anglais, d.h. nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Villa en retrait de la Corniche, entièrement rénovée par architecte, avec magnifique vue mer. Grands volumes, très lumineuse, posée à 50m de la grande bleue (accès direct par escalier), elle surplombe un petit jardin de restanques. Grande terrasse face à la mer. Possibilité de se garer juste devant la maison pour charger votre véhicule, et à quelques mètres de là pour un stationnement longue durée (gratuit). Pendant les vacances scolaires, les réservations à la semaine sont prioritaires.

Seafront Condo in Bandol, Provence

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Si le calendrier indique moins de sept nuits disponibles, veuillez vous contacter.

Von der neu gestalteten Dachterasse haben Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Dächer von Antibes. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde 2021 komplett neu möbliert und ist jetzt höchst komfortabel.
