In condivisione con il proprietario e gli altri ospiti troverete il giardino con zona BARBECUE e la PISCINA, ottimi per sorseggiare un buon bicchiere di Barbera e un piatto di formaggi.

The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

The apartment comes with a dedicated outdoor lounge area under the old olive tree from where you have a spectacular view over the vineyards on to the castle of Moasca. In addition there is also a private breakfast area with view on the pool.

We renovated the house respecting its original features, and now it is ready to welcome families and groups of friends. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space and comes with great gathering areas. It is conveniently located - shops and sights are all within easy access - and the towns of Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano and Canelli are only a few kilometers away.
