The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. La casa è situata in centro città, a 200 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus e a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pedonale, ma offre alla stesso tempo una grandissima tranquillità, grazie alla sua posizione in una strada privata. A vostra disposizione c’è un intero appartamento mansardato, situato all’ultimo piano, e un ampio giardino con piscina e laghetto. La posizione è ideale anche per partire alla scoperta delle colline e dei borghi di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato.
