The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

La struttura dista a 4min a piedi dalla spiaggia Costa Verde di Montenero di Bisaccia, più volte insignito della bandiera blu. L’appartamento di 50m2 ospita al massimo 4 persone. E´possibile usufruire del posto auto gratuito. L' ampio cortile del condominio offre ai più piccoli la possibilità di girare in bici o giocare in piena sicurezza.

It therefore can accommodate 8 people.
