E' una costruzione a mattoni antichi ai piedi di una torretta del '700 nel cuore di una proprietà di 4 ettari. Un nido incastonato tra ulivi e piante da frutta tra l’azzurro del cielo e il verde delle colline. Un loft moderno con bei mobili antichi: soggiorno, cucina a vista, 2 camere con aria condizionata, un bel bagno. Si trova salendo in paese, annunciato da un altissimo pino che da cento anni vigila sulla proprietà e sui suoi abitanti. Il mare all’orizzonte e la Majella oltre il verde.

La Presentosa is an independent accommodation with a nice living room, a breakfast nook, a bedroom (for two people) and a comfortable bathroom. It is located halfway between the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Francavilla al Mare and Costa dei Trabocchi) and the green Maiella mountains. The flat is very close to the historic city of Chieti and only half an hour from the modern city of Pescara. The property is named after the typical Abruzzo jewel that the boyfriend used to give to his future wife.

La casa, la piscina e le pertinenze, sono ad uso esclusivo di chi in quel momento è ospite; circondata dai vigneti, in posizione dominante su di un colle, 1.5 ettari di vigna annessa alla casa e di proprietà, assicurano la privacy necessaria. Nel bagno vengono forniti asciugamani tipo (uno grande e uno piccolo per ogni ospite presente).San Vito Marina a 4 Km , Lanciano e Ortona equidistanti 10 Km.

Il Monte Farmhouse is a restored country house from late 1800s, located in a quiet village, within 40 minutes' drive to the beach/mountains. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature. NO POOL AVAILABLE. Friendly goats, ducks, cats, dogs, organic vegetables, eggs goats milk/cheese available to buy for the guests. Great home made meals available on site. Foraging walks, pizza making, wild cooking classes. Stunning views, fantastic walks, great tourist sites, charming little towns, best food in Italy!

Appartamento indipendente più un salone con possibilità di aggiungere fino a 3 posti supplementari. Ideale per famiglie con bambini. Possibilità di prodotti dell'orto biologico. Borghi spettacolari facilmente raggiungibili e passeggiate in boschi e parchi limitrofi. Cantina DOP a pochi passi per gli amanti del buon vino.

Inserito in tipici paesaggi dell'abruzzo, in una bella vallata aperta sul mare. Le spiagge più vicine sono a 15 minuti d'auto, San Salvo, Vasto, nelle vicinanze agriturismi e innumerevoli borghi fortificati, posti in cima delle colline circostanti. L'appartamento e' indipendente, la vista e' incantevole, i colori della natura variano a seconda delle stagioni, in giornate limpide si vedono le isole Tremiti. Adatto a coppie, famiglie, indicato per 2 persone ma si può stare anche in 4 o 5.

A beautiful Italian villa perched on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic , only five minutes walk to the sea, there is a lovely cove below the house which is perfect for a morning swim before breakfast. This charming house has stunning views of the famous trabocchi coast and is only one kilometer from San Vito Marina. Within the outside space of the villa there is a large dining terrace with amazing sea views also a sun terrace surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Private parking

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Cosy original country house w/ porch, terrace, lawn and olive grove barely 5 mins away from Serramonacesca and San Liberatore a Majella. From here, you can go visit the beautiful surroundings, take a walk on the 'tratturo' (historical sheep track) right alongside our lawn, or go trekking/hiking/skiing/mtbiking/climbing in the Majella National Park or else get in 30 mins to the sunny adriatic shore...or you can also just wander through the country

L'alloggio affaccia su di un giardino e su di un patio. vivono con noi animali domestici e da cortile,ed è possibile farvi visita. La camera si affaccia sul patio,con vista Monte Majella. l'alloggio è ad uso esclusivo.
