The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

Fermata del bus a 10 metri dall'abitazione e a 20 metri parcheggio per auto con tariffe minime. Stazione ferroviaria, Como-San Giovanni raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

Perfect for children that can play in the large outdoor spaces but also for adults that can relax drinking a good italian wine. Guests will have the whole house for them and a private parking.

New apartment, built and furnished in a modern style with private car parking. Kitchen and living room are in open space and very bright. From the terrace you can directly reach the beach of the lake and children's play area. At less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the other beach of Abbadia Lariana, train station, and hiking path: "Sentiero del Viandante". Shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are very close to the apartment, at 10-15 minutes on foot.

Beautiful and private villa with lake view, private garden and Jacuzzi, a few minutes walk from Como Lago station and next to one of Como's most popular attractions: the funicular to Brunate. The house is located in a mainly pedestrian area, but can be easily reached by car or taxi. The area is full of shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets and offers all the services you may need during a stay in Como.
