Appartamento con entrata indipendente in stabile al 1 piano, arredato nuovo e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria in 5 minuti a piedi , un supermercato è a 20 metri, il parcheggio in zona è a pagamento ma a circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere zona con parcheggio libero. Ottima sistemazione per visitare il centro città raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti e ovviamente per le 5 Terre con la visita in treno, a circa 250 metri dalla stazione di La Spezia.
