L'alloggio è situato in una zona centrale della città, al 1° piano di una palazzina con portineria, ben servito da servizi di ogni genere, recentemente ristrutturato, ben arredato, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un breve viaggio sia per lavoro che per svago che per necessità di altro genere. A due passi dal centro cittadino, dall'ospedale civile e dall'Icot, nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e non, nonché fermata dell'autobus e parcheggi liberi.
