Nel cuore di Lecce, in un edificio storico di inizio novecento, sorge la Dimora della Castellana, appartamento finemente ristrutturato e arredato, dotato di ogni comfort. L'appartamento, con le tipiche volte a stella, è disposto su due livelli. Al piano un ampia e luminosa zona living con divano letto matrimoniale, la cucina a vista e bagno; l' accogliente soppalco ospita la camera da letto matrimoniale. Il mio alloggio è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce ma vicinissimo ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento. Caratteristiche principali: l'intimità, la posizione e i soffitti alti, adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini), gruppi di amici (max 6). L'appartamento si trova a 100 metri dalla Basilica di Santa Croce, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da piazza Sant'Oronzo e dalla meravigliosa Piazza Duomo. In tutta la struttura c'è Free WiFi. L'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Brindisi

Nella zona soggiorno sono stati ricavati un armadio cabina a muro e due ripostigli per i bagagli. La camera da letto matrimoniale è dotata di un camino a legna funzionante. Il bagno, dotato di ogni servizio, ha un’ampia doccia con punti luce dedicati. Dal living si accede al terrazzino esterno.

MStudio is a modern 80sqm open-space Loft located in a newly built stately condominium. It consists of a large living room with kitchen, microwave, fridge, oven, large 3-seater sofa with 55-inch TV, dolby surround system, relaxation office area with notebook available and 1GB fiber optic internet, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and necessaire, double bedroom with new memory foam mattress. There is also a cot for children. Free public parking.

L'appartamento dispone di una terrazza che guarda i monumenti e il magnifico cielo azzurro di Lecce.inoltre voglio precisare che il pavimento risale all’800 in pietra leccese e può presentare segni di usura dovuto all’uso nel tempo.
