The immediate proximity to the public boat terminal and the private boat hire also makes it a convenient base for exploring Lake Como.

Cozy and elegant studio apartment, located a few minutes walk from the center of Bellano, 150 meters above the level of LAKE COMO. 10 minutes from Bellano Tartavalle Terme train station. Shops, restaurants and a pharmacy can be reached in 5 minutes, through the typical streets of an ancient village. The studio can accommodate up to 2 people in 1 double bed on the mezzanine. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony has a breathtaking view.
