La casa dei remi, scopri la Toscana vicino al mare

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Il giardino sul mare

Una villa di 150 mq sul mare toscano di Prato Ranieri, circondata da un giardino meraviglioso e ben curato, posta in un'area pedonale tranquilla, con una spiaggia di sabbia proprio davanti al cancello. Dotata di due posti auto, è perfetta per famiglie e gruppi di amici, con un solarium privato, una zona relax e una area pranzo sotto un patio accogliente. La proprietà é impreziosita da un terrazzo panoramico sul tramonto. A pochi passi troviamo stabilimenti balneari, gelaterie bar e ristoranti.

5000mq garden, very close (less than 60m) from two amazing beaches called Padulella and Capobianco and from a restaurant on the beach. On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic garden with sea view; table tennis; private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restaurants.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island.We prefere rent for a week, from saturday.to families or couples over 25.

Monolocale in posizione irripetibile direttamente sulla spiaggia sabbiosa di Forno, un'oasi nel golfo della Biodola, uno dei più belli ed ambiti di tutta l'Isola. La baia è al riparo dalla maggior parte dei venti e si caratterizza per la trasparenza delle acque e dalla bellezza dei fondali. Inserite nello stesso golfo e facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, le spiagge della Biodola e Scaglieri. Per maggiore chiarezza si segnala anche in descrizione che non viene fornita biancheria

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. A rustic Elban house full of history right on the beach, immersed in a flower garden with fruit trees and direct access to the Bagno beach. Three bedrooms with seven beds in total, three bathrooms and large terraces all around. Independent access from the road with closed parking suitable for two cars. NO WIFI

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

Isola Elba like on a Boat a Dive away from the Sea

The house is located 40 feet from the waters of Punta delle Ripalte, the southernmost tip of the Elba island, very appreciated by divers due to its rich marine fauna! To reach the sea and dive from the rocks you simply need to walk down a brief trail.
