Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Siamo un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde delle colline Toscane,dove il tempo scorre alla dolce andatura dei nostri cavalli. Alloggio ideale per famiglie con bambini. La nostra casa nasce a fine 1800 da alcuni contadini, i quali usavano gli spazi vicino casa per i loro allevamenti e coltivazioni; i miei nonni nel 1960 la acquisirono e con il passare degli anni e l’aiuto di mio padre prima e di tutta la famiglia poi, è diventato quello che è adesso, ed io porterò avanti questo ciclo.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. A un passo dalle città d'arte della Toscana e dal mare, siamo in una zona di grande interesse per la flora e la fauna selvatica e contornata da ville storiche, protetta dal vincolo paesaggistico; la strada che porta da noi, circa un Km, fa parte di questo patrimonio, non può essere asfaltata ed è un po' sconnessa. Per raggiungerci dovrete fare un un piccolo sforzo, affrontabile con una qualsiasi auto. Troverete in cambio silenzio, tranquillità e la nostra accoglienza.
