Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani con 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Mutina Animalia ENPA è un'oasi dell'associazione Ente Nazionale Protezione Animali ONLUS che si occupa in particolare di mammiferi da fattoria. Immersi nella campagna modenese, tra la pista ciclabile sull'argine del Secchia e il Centro Storico a meno di 3 km. La zona è completamente recintata e dispone di un ingresso indipendente dalla struttura e dalla zona animali. Gli ospiti a quattro zampe saranno molto graditi!

Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture.
