Ampio bagno con wc, bidet, doccia grande. L'appartamento non ha una terrazza e non può cenare all'esterno. GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

The Castle of Magnano (13th century) is located on a hill at 350 meters above sea level in the hamlet of Magnano, 8 km from Carpaneto Piacentino and 15 km from Castell'Arquato. Small stonehouse, great place

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

L'alloggio dispone di terrazza privata con vista ed attrezzata con barbecue, tavolo e sedie. Di comodo accesso la piscina ed il parcheggio per auto.
