Nel centro cittadino, Blu Klein è uno spazio silenzioso e segreto. Il loft, ristrutturato di recente, è di moderna concezione, con pavimento in assi di legno, scala di ferro e soppalco. Angolo cucina realizzato con legno di cantiere. Eccellente isolamento termico. Fresco d'estate. Stereofonia. Illuminazione a led. All'esterno, un cortile che serba ancora gli antichi usi, con fondi oggi adibito a studio bibliografico, ed un ex pollaio nel sottoscala ora destinato a rimessa bici.

E' su due livelli: piano terra con un grande open space con pranzo, zona cucina, soggiorno con camino e area con letto matrimoniale, al piano sotto il bagno. L'alloggio ha un condizionatore. Le volte di mattoni, i muri in pietra e il pavimento in cotto antico lo rendono unico.

The house is a typical "Mansarda", wonderfully furnished with original antique pieces that belonged to my grandparents and have been in the family for generations.
