Located on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, in the centre of Italy, close to Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Cortona and 1 hour and a half driving from Rome or Florence San Savino Townhouse is a perfect place in Umbria to relax and enjoy fantastic sunsets on the lake. Furnished with all comfort (air conditioning, 3 TV, free WI-FI, washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, American, Italian and Nespresso coffee makers, private garden with barbecue) you will feel confortable as home.

The name of the house is dedicated to the fragrant white flowers of jasmine found in the garden, at the entrance. Città della Pieve is the birthplace of the famous artist Pietro Vannucci, known as Il Perugino and everywhere you can feel his passing, many of his works. Many events during the year: in August the spectacular "Palio dei Terzieri", in June the exciting "Infiorata artistica", in the Easter period the evocative "Quadri viventi", in the Christmas period the sweet "Monumental Nativity".
