La Botteguccia

"La Botteguccia" è situata nel centro storico di Rieti, in posizione tranquilla e a due passi dalla piazza centrale, il teatro Flavio Vespasiano e la stazione dei treni e degli autobus, in una zona ben fornita di ristoranti tipici e locali notturni in cui bere qualcosa. L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, è molto luminoso e si trova al secondo piano di un edificio storico. E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta, un bagno ed un'ampia zona giorno con una cucina attrezzata.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Accogliente nido nel cuore di un borgo medievale

Tra le mura di uno tra i borghi medievali più antichi e belli della Sabina, il Nido accoglie i suoi ospiti con un letto matrimoniale, cucinotto, mini frigo e bagno con doccia. Attraverso una graziosa scala in legno si accede a un piccolo soppalco dotato di materasso che può ospitare un eventuale terzo ospite. Perfetto per un weekend romantico a due passi dal Castello Sforza Cesarini, ma anche l’appoggio ideale per visitare le terre reatine.
