Il casale, indipendente e con una superficie di 150 mq con un giardino di circa 5000 mq, è immerso nel verde delle colline della Sabina. La posizione è tranquilla e panoramica, ed ideale per raggiungere i borghi medioevali del Lazio e dell'Umbria. Sono presenti due barbecue esterni e due camini interni alla casa.
