Rilassati in quest'oasi di quiete distante soli 6km dal centro di Salerno. I nostri monolocali si trovano in un edificio a due livelli e dispongono di una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e un angolo cottura attrezzato. Possono ospitare 2 persone, più una culla. Sono provvisti di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno di relax. Gli ospiti hanno accesso gratuito all’area piscina Oasis, distante 500 metri dagli alloggi, dalle ore 10 alle 18 con prenotazione obbligatoria(gli orari possono variare).

Loft con finiture di altissime qualità e con accesso indipendente da fronte strada. Grazie ai confort di cui è dotato rappresenta un'ottima soluzione per chi desidera soggiornare a Salerno. Si compone di un open-space di circa 40mq all'interno del quale vi è un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto 140x190 cm, angolo cottura a scomparsa con lavello e doppio piano ad induzione, bagno con wc ed ampia doccia. THERE IS ELEVETOR, NO STEPS. Si affitta l'intero appartamento di 90 mq, luminoso, vista mare, con portineria, ascensore da piano terra al 5° piano, in un signorile edificio al centro di Salerno. Non si sente il rumore del traffico, in quanto affaccia su un'aria pedonale. Dal letto della camere matrimoniale è possibile ammirare il mare, ma anche da un ampio balcone, attrezzato. E' dotato di Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, aria condizionata e riscaldamenti. per il Check-in fuori orari il costo è di 100 euro.

Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.
