La casa si trova in un condominio appena ristrutturato e a POCHI PASSI DALLE PISTE DA SCI (circa 100 metri): l'abitazione è ampia, con una sala spaziosa arredata con un comodo divano, un grande tavolo dove poter mangiare e una tv da 50 pollici (con wifi gratuito). L'abitazione si compone poi con due grandi camere da letto, nonché con una cucina e con un bagno appena ristrutturati! A completare la proprietà, c'è un box singolo e un piazzale privato munito di sbarra dove poter parcheggiare l'auto

Si trova a Stazzona di Villa di Tirano (3000 ab.) a 5 minuti di auto da Tirano dove parte il Trenino Rosso per S.Moritz, la Basilica di Madonna di Tirano e la Svizzera. A 15 e 35 minuti di auto ci sono le località sciistiche di Aprica e Bormio per chi ama sciare, mentre per gli amanti della montagna, in estate, le escursioni lungo i sentieri della Valtellina
