La villetta è su due piani, al piano terra è presente la veranda , il soggiorno con cucina e al piano superiore due stanze un balcone e un bagno. La villetta ha un parcheggio privato

The house, which has just been renovated, is fully furnished with attached appliances.

Villetta a schiera in residence recintato a pochi metri (meno di 200 m) dall'incantevole mare Jonio, a pochi Km. da Punta Prosciutto e da Porto Cesareo. Due camere da letto, soggiorno con angolo cottura e comodo divano letto, bagno, veranda ombreggiata, con doccia esterna e barbecue. Posto auto riservato, all'interno della struttura recintata (adatto ad auto, non a furgoni). La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, lontana dai rumori del traffico.

Lovely pretty villa in residence with guardian. It's a pleasure to have breakfast in the little garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen! close to many interesting historical town 15/40 minutes maximum by car. beaches less than 10 minutes by foot. There is no WiFi because no good internet connection by the local operators. We tried but it didn’t work . The swimming pool is open July and August.
