The accommodation is located in the historic center, in a very quiet neighborhood. Double bedroom, a single one, and a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum of 5 guests.The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and utensils. TV in each bedroom and the living room. Bed linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available.A washer/dryer is available.A small outdoor garden and a terrace with a splendid panoramic view are also available. Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
