Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.

Mini appartamento con ingresso indipendente a 1 km dal Centro Storico di Treviso. Parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà. L'alloggio si trova a due passi dalla fermata del bus 9 che porta in Centro Storico, Stazione dei Treni e Aeroporto Canova. Siamo vicini alla Zona Appiani, allo Stadio di Rugby e Piscina Comunale. Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo. Noleggio bici nelle vicinanze. Cucina fornita di macchina del caffè, tostapane, microonde, frigo e accessori vari.

普罗塞克山（ Prosecco hills ）中的小屋

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Casa nel cuore della zona di produzione del Prosecco, e' una delle piu' antiche di Guia; ristrutturata piu' volte negli anni, ora puo' accogliere turisti itineranti e per soggiorni prolungati. Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. Ristorazione molto qualificata nei dintorni, paesaggi suggestivi sovrastanti (visibile Venezia con aria tersa) e luogo per passeggiate e tour in bicicletta...

Villa Wally si trova in una zona residenziale e silenziosa a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a 12 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale della città. Ideale per visitare Venezia(30minuti) o il centro di Treviso. La piscina è dotata di spiaggietta e raggiunge la profondità di 1,3 metri. A completare l'esperienza outdoor godetevi il salotto esterno e il tavolo da pranzo. Su richiesta potrete usare il bbq. Parcheggio scoperto interno alla proprietà compreso per un veicolo .

The train station, with daily connections to Venice, can be reached in a few kilometers by car. The McArthur Glen outlet is just 10 minutes away. The 75-square-meter apartment features an entrance with a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a private bathroom.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
