Uno splendido loft di 70 mq vi accoglie con un salone vetrato sul mare e la cittá. Intimo e silenzioso, ha una camera matrimoniale separata e un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno, per ospitare fino a 4 persone. La cucina ha ogni comfort: lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina illycaffé, lavatrice. L'esposizione a Sud del salone e della terrazza, il riflesso del mare regalano alla casa una luce calda e armoniosa, in estate l'aria condizionata regala sonni tranquilli. Parcheggio privato.

Un piccolo gioiello affacciato sul mare, perfetto per una vacanza all’insegna del relax. L’appartamento si apre con un ampio ingresso ed è composto da camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e luminoso soggiorno open space con angolo cottura a induzione. Il vero punto forte è il suggestivo porticato affacciato sulla marina, ideale per godersi la vista e l’atmosfera del mare. Posto auto coperto riservato in garage privato collegato direttamente all’appartamento tramite ascensore.
