The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

You can take a walk around the lake, make different excursions to Lake Maggiore or to Mottarone. You can also use different equipments and facilities such as: bikes, canoe, sleakline, hammok, pier, depandance with wood oven for cooking pizza and making barbecue.

In an old farmhouse completely renovated, “la casa di pietra” is a magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature, free on three sides with a large garden shared with us. Ground floor living room with table and two large sofa beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and small appliances. First floor with large bedroom and bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private parking unguarded.

It's a modern apartment located at the first floor of a Villa Libertina, built in the early 1900s. The cozy aptartment, fitted for families, offers a wide open kitchen, two bedrooms, two tiny balconies and a bathroom with a big shower. Every room has its own air-conditioner. Right after the exit door there is a flowery private garden. The apt is very close to the lakeside, about 5 minutes by walking.

Dein Auto hat Platz vor der Garage oder auf eigenem Grasstellplatz. In der Garage und dem Räumchen daneben findest du Räder und einige Wasserspielzeuge , sowie ein SUP. Für die Übergangsjahreszeiten gibt es einen Holzofen .
