Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Ground floor apartment, private parking, huge park with private access to the lake. Join us if you want to feel an amazing and relaxing experience inside the nature. Pets are allowed(walled garden). You can take a walk around the lake, make different excursions to Lake Maggiore or to Mottarone. You can also use different equipments and facilities such as: bikes, canoe, sleakline, hammok, pier, depandance with wood oven for cooking pizza and making barbecue.

It's ideal for those looking to holiday with their boat or who like being out on the water. Canoes and SUP boards are provided for guests enjoyment. It's also great for families with children who can rest easy knowing that there are secure gates leading from the garden to the lakeside.

The spacious apartment "Beach" on the ground floor is available for rent. The garden offers many opportunities to sit or lay down, play and enjoy. The house has been completely renovated in 2010 and is set up in a very comfortable and modern way.

In an old farmhouse completely renovated, “la casa di pietra” is a magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature, free on three sides with a large garden shared with us. Ground floor living room with table and two large sofa beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and small appliances. First floor with large bedroom and bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private parking unguarded.

It's a modern apartment located at the first floor of a Villa Libertina, built in the early 1900s. The cozy aptartment, fitted for families, offers a wide open kitchen, two bedrooms, two tiny balconies and a bathroom with a big shower. Every room has its own air-conditioner. Right after the exit door there is a flowery private garden. The apt is very close to the lakeside, about 5 minutes by walking.
