Nel corso del tempo è stata ristrutturata ricavando, oltre alla nostra attuale casa, 4 appartamenti indipendenti. Se venite a passare la vostra vacanza con noi alloggerete in un appartamento di 45 mq con un vasto giardino a disposizione. Pur essendo vicini al centro di Nebbiuno e alla storica cartiera, la villa è situata in un angolo appartato dove potrete rilassarvi dopo la vostra giornata.

L'appartamento e' situato al piano terra di una casa in stile liberty costruita agli inizi del 900, privo di barriere architettoniche con bagno adatto anche a persone in sedia a rotelle. La palazzina e' stata completamente ristrutturata rispettando le caratteristiche del tempo e divisa in 6 appartamenti per un totale di 18 posti letto. L'arredamento tutto nuovo e in stile vintage mantiene intatto il sapore un po' retro' della casa rendendo ogni spazio particolare e unico.
