Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Its location in an ample yard insures comfort and privacy for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for stay-at-home dining. The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. Freestanding cottage with loft on quiet street in West End. Centrally located near Mussel Beach Gym, one block from Commercial St., close to Boatslip. Convertible full size futon and optional queen size bed in the loft. Kitchenette, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, A/C, Wi-Fi, lawn. Flexible reservation dates not limited to weekly rentals. The place is a well-appointed studio: small but comfortable for one or two guests. No pets allowed. No smoking inside, of *anything*.

Waterfront Cottage on White Pond(Graham Cracker)

Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

A year round fully renovated two bedroom cottage on the beach. Nothing but sand between you and Cape Cod bay. My place is the perfect peaceful beach vacation. The sunsets are amazing! The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
