Designer West End Detached Cottage

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

This lower level studio space is great for a couple's retreat or solo vacation. Guests will experience quiet nights after fun filled days at the beach, sightseeing and shopping. There will be neighbors in the unit above this listing. Home comes with basic kitchen essentials: a stovetop (no oven), mini refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. Bear week and carnival week is a surcharge of $50 more per night. When you bring a pet there is a separate cleaning fee of $40 non refundable

Clean one bedroom unit one block from Commercial Street near Boatslip. Close to all activity in town. Private Deck off front, and private deck area in back. Free on site parking, washer/dryer, A/C and heat. Complete kitchen. Pets allowed. Our cleaning and turnover service uses disinfecting products, wiping down all exposed surfaces.
