The property is at ground floor and the flat has king size bed, AC, Android TV with Apps, Oven, Geyser, iron, Sofa-cum-bed with AC in hall, Dining table, RO Water purifier, Refrigerator, Gas stove, mixer grinder, pressure cooker and other all the other kitchen utensils.

The place just at walking distance of approx 500 meters from Rock Beach, White Town, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, and all the famous cafes. Bedroom has one queen Bed, AC, fridge and kitchen, and basic wi-fi is there. Car parking is on the main road (if available).

A cosy room, whose standout feature is a large private terrace. You can enjoy sunrises or cool sea breezes, amid soothing plants in a beautifully designed space. The room has a king-size bed, wardrobe, mini-fridge, kettle & flat-screen TV, alongwith tea bags, coffee & milk powder. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, geyser, handwash dispenser & body wash/shampoo dispenser. This unit is on the top floor of Maison Souvenir. We have four other units of varying sizes in the building.
