It is difficult to find such an accessible property, in a traditional Canarian construction house, with quality materials, and in addition to being in the center of the town, it gives the feeling of being rural, surrounded by vegetation and where you can hear the singing of birds. Access and Terrace Through the external iron staircase, you go up to the first floor, where you will find the private terrace, which with a cheerful and careful decoration welcomes guests to their home. From it, you can see the horizon (in the distance, the sea) and enjoy the pleasant sunsets of the north of Tenerife. You will be constantly accompanied by the sound of the birds that nest around the house and in the green areas that surround it. The attic From the private terrace, you access this penthouse, unique for its structure and materials. In the diaphanous room as a loft, there are the kitchen and dining room, a living room, a bathroom, a work area and the bedroom space. The attic is accessed through an external staircase, completely independent. The parking and the laundry area (washing machine and dryer) are common spaces that are available to guests at all times. You access the garage through an automatic door with a remote control that we will provide you as soon as you get home :) In addition to the independent access to the attic through the exterior staircase, you will find the door that connects with the private garden where you can enjoy comfortable chairs and the outdoor shower to cool off. The main advantage is that, respecting the privacy of the well-defined independent spaces, you have us at your disposal at home, by phone or WhatsApp for any question, recommendation, surprise that you want to prepare your partner or problem that may arise during your stay. The environment is calm and within the historical centre of Tacoronte, a small town in the the north of the Tenerife island. At 10 minutes driving it is the beach and natural pool of Mesa del Mar and other small towns. From the penthouse you have easy access to the north motorway (TF5) to quickly visit the rest of the island. If you do not have a car, there are several bus lines in the neighborhood. Do not hesitate to write us if you have more questions! Whether you decide to rent a car during your stay and enjoy your own schedule and the convenience of having private parking, as if you do not need a car, the penthouse is well located in the center of the town, with a bus stop nearby that will allow you to move through the island to the main destinations. It is 50 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport (TFS airport) and 15 minutes from Tenerife North airport (TFN airport). Taxis are not expensive, and you can hire them by phone, or requesting such services.

This is an authentique Canarian style house. It has beautiful views of the sea and mountains , when it is clear you can see Mount Teide. The house is very warm and cozy has many places where you can relax lay back and read a book. There is a covered terrace in front of living room where you can enjoy breakfast every morning. In the back garden you have the pool and barbecue area. The pool is heated and it also has a huge cover to keep it warm during the night, so it does not cool down. The house does not have central heating or A/C but it does have heaters in bedrooms and also A/C devices. The house is fully refurbished it is divided in three floors, the top floor has two bedrooms with bathroom en suite. The two rooms have a small heater in case it gets a little cold. The first floor has the common living area, dinning table and kitchen. In front of the living room there is a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool and the garden where you can have breakfast every morning. The garden can be accessed directly from the living room. The ground floor has a very large bedroom with a King size bed and a sofa bed, this room has access to the garden . Also on the ground floor you have a bathroom mini sauna/ gym and a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer/iron. The pool area is surrounded by a wooden platform and it has four sunbathing loungers, you have the most amazing views of Mount Teide and the Valley if the day is not cloudy. You can also enjoy a barbecue lunch in the garden. Guest access- Our guests have full access to the house as it is private. We also have a lock box for house keys located at main entrance gate. We will be happy to assist you and guide you on things to do depending on your requirements. We also have someone in the area who will be available if required. This home is located in a very quiet and residential area, with 2 supermarkets and several restaurants within easy reach. The main shopping destination the Mall La Villa Al Campo and the centre Puerto de la Cruz are both a quick 5-minute drive. From the house. To stay in this house the best option is to rent a car, so you can go and visit as many places as you can. Casa Jorgito is in a quiet and residential area, 10 minutes drive to Puerto De la Cruz Centre. We have 2 supermarkets within a few minutes from house Mercadona and Lidl, Lidl is also open on Sundays. The main shopping Mall La Villa Al Campo is also 5 minute drive from the house. There are a few restaurants in the area
