Balum es uno de los dos departamentos que encuentras en la planta baja de Casa Bengalí. Tiene entrada privada y acceso al jardín y la increíble area de alberca! En Balum estamos seguros que vas a estar cómodo! Cuenta con una cama king size, Smart TV, AC y wifi. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesitas, incluyendo cafetera y licuadora. La playa y los restaurantes de la Punta están a 10 min caminando, así que muy cerca pero suficientemente lejos para poder desconectarte si quieres.

Disfruta de este hermoso y luminoso studio, a solo 100 metros de una las mejores playas para surfear del mundo. Caminando te toma 15 min llegar a la famosa calle del Morro o a La Punta, las 2 zonas de bares y restaurantes con gastronomía local e internacional, ideal para una escapada romántica. Si deseas nadar en una hermosa playa será necesario trasladarse en auto, te tomará solo 10 min. Considerar que el internet en casa es básico. Posiblemente no sea suficiente para videoconferencias.

Ubicado en La Punta Zicatela, a unos minutos caminando de la playa, restaurantes y demás atracciones. Perfecto para trabajar en línea, con el mejor internet de la zona, con fibra óptica y Starlink. O descansa y relájate en la hamaca en tu propia terraza. Tiene un pequeño patio privado y separado por una reja, con hamaca, mesa y un par de sillas. En su interior, una cama queen size, aire acondicionado (AC), cocineta con frigo, cafetera y filtro de agua. Baño completo y un pequeño clóset.

Come and enjoy a newly designed room just a 10 min walk from La Punta or Zicatela beaches. A room with kitchenette, nice king size bed and cozy area to relax. The apartment is located right under our house. The garden area is shared with us but we mostly come there to water the plants. The beach is 10 mins walking from our place. There is a market called Mercado Zicatela where you can get your fresh greens on Mondays and Fridays only a 10 min walk.
