Upstairs offers another kitchen, living room, and bed space for up to 9 guests. You are a 3 min drive to the beach entrance and have a variety of restaurants nearby. You get the solitude of your own home while still being part of the PR beach life!

I t is a second floor. 45 min away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. 5 min away driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach Vega Baja, one of the best beach of the Island. 10 min to Ojo de Agua, Charco Azul and Laguna Tortuguero. Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom. House isn't in front of the sea.
