Family room on 1st floor, Flat screen Tv, DirecTV and Wifi. Second floor has a gourmet kitchen and a game room with a pool table. This house is just steps to the beach. There is a floor deck with tables to dine al fresco. This home is located in a community with 24 hour a day security. Must be 25 years old to rent the property
