Au 1er étage d'une maison individuelle avec entrée extérieure indépendante, dans un quartier calme, à 400m de la plage de Neuvecelle ( bars, restaurants accessibles à pied). Situé à quelques minutes d'Evian, face à Lausanne, le logement a 2 chambres individuelles avec vue lac , 1 SDB avec WC et une grande pièce à vivre avec un coin salon.

Vous trouverez nombreux restaurants et de magasins à proximité et à deux mins de l'exclusif Eaux-Vives et à seulement 2 min à pied du bus.Ce qui est parfait pour prolonger votre séjour ou découvrir Genève. La vue sur le jet d'eau depuis le salon est incroyable! Je suis hôte occasionnellement, donc je ne fournie pas la carte de transport

Less than 500 meters from the ski lifts and pistes, restaurants, shops and beautiful hiking trails and near Lake Geneva. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, cozy living room, 2 balconies facing south east and 1 balcony overlooking the lake. It is equipped with all comforts such as comfortable beds, dishwasher, microwave / grill, Nespresso machine and WIFI.

Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

Situé au bord du lac Léman entre Évian-Les-Bains et Thonon-les-Bains à Amphion-Les-Bains. 3ème étage d'un petit immeuble, ancien hôtel avec terrasse face au lac. Accès direct à la plage et à la balade des quais. Emplacement numéro 1. Appartement design avec une chambre vue lac ouverte sur salle de bain avec douche italienne et baignoire, cuisine équipée ouverte sur salon et terrasse face au lac vue panoramique.

Face au Léman

Bel appartement de 2 grandes chambres avec cuisine et balcon dans un immeuble familial . Plusieurs restaurants et bars à proximité. Épiceries, boulangerie, glaciers et tabac dans la rue. Proche de la plage et d'airs de jeux pour les enfants. Place gratuite dans le parking souterrain qui se trouve à 50m du logement. J'habite dans le même immeuble avec ma fille Mina. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare.
