Uživajte u elegantnom uređenju ovog smještaja u centru grada. Apartman se nalazi u centru Punta, prvi red do mora, s osiguranim parkingom. Smješten je na prvom katu obiteljske kuće, s pogledom na more i veličine je 70m2. Apartman je klimatiziran, besplatan WiFi i internet televizija. Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kupaonica i wc, kuhinja. Apartman je opremljen svim potrebnim uređajima. Gostima je na raspolaganju terasa s ležaljkama. Apartman je idealan za smještaj obitelji s djecom.

Villa Cherry offers 2 beautiful apartments within a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, caffes and bakeries. This is a first floor apartment and can host 4-6 people. It offers beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with king size bed and other with two separate beds., a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dinding table. It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

Family Apartment 4 - seaview terrace - heated pool

This apartment is located on the top floor of the house and offer a high comfort space of 90m2. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and pets. For information: The house has 5 apartments and one studio.

Villa is situated in a quiet location and offers a beautiful view of Punat and Košljun island. Outside you will find a heated pool, terrace, seating set , sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. This accommodation is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has spacious living room, kitchen and a newly built sauna. On the first floor are three en suite bathrooms and rooms with balconies. There is a separate apartment with kitchen and bathroom right next to the house at your disposal.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Guest house Otto je kuća za odmor koja se nalazi u centru Punta sa vlastitim parkingom. U prizemlju je kuhinja,wc i mjesto za odmaranje u hladu smokve.Na svakom katu je soba sa vlastitom kupaonicom, jedna soba ima i mini kuhinju a jedna terasu. Prostor je klimatiziran,ima WiFi i SAT TV. Kuhinja ima ploču za kuhanje,pećnicu i mikrovalnu. Kuća je idealna za manja društva i obitelji sa djecom.Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Goste dočekujemo osobno uz toplu dobrodošlicu.

Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

S terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na more i otočić Košljun. Apartman je opremljen klima uređajem, WiFi-jem i perilicom rublja. Na raspolaganju vam stoji i privatno parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Dom má jedinečnú historickú atmosféru a je kompletne zrekonštruovaný. Skladá sa zo štyroch samostatných izieb, jednej kuchyne s obývačkou a jedálňou, dvoch kúpeľní, záhrady s terasou a grilom, dvoch parkovacích miest pri dome. Dom sa nachádza v starom centre mesta Punat, v blízkosti kaviarní, reštaurácií, obchodov, námestia a promenády.
