Smještaj je u potkrovlja kuće. Cijeli prostor Mansarde je iskorišten i otvoren. Prostor je jako dizajnerski atraktivan, toplinski izoliran, s puno prozora uz vlastitu terasu gdje se može sunčati ili sjediti za stolom uz divan pogled prema moru i vrtu. Tu su 2 velika kreveta i moderan interijer, mali WC i posebno tuš. Oprema se sastoji od hladnjaka, mini kuhinje, radne ploče s indukcijom za kuhanje, mikrovalne pećnice, cafe aparata i kuhala za vodu. Također i split klime i SAT TV.

Place is very close to the sea side in the old town centre also near marina Punat. The place is really comfortable, with freshly renewed space with authentic style and decorations, beautiful location, terrace that is amazing place for evening drink and morning coffee. Also there are bicycles to rent at the place, though everything is really close to the apartment. Free parking during the stay included. Place is romantic and will suit for couples, couples with child, adventurers...

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
