Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

The cottage just 20 minutes to all the local beaches, shopping, and fine restaurants. Additional entertainment activities include Major League Baseball spring training games.

We are off the main path and it is a quiet place to reconnect with what matters. We encourage our guests to unwind on our spacious comfy screen porch with chairs, table, and a futon chair for naps. Also use our large private maze outdoor shower. Be prepared for loads of sun and fun. Unlike most rentals ours includes all paper products, spices, plastic ware, toiletries, coffee, tea, all linens, beach chairs, noodle, sun screen, bug spray and GOLF CART available for RENT during your stay.

There are plenty of charming shops, eateries, and local attractions you can reach on foot. Only a quick 15-minute drive from PDG Airport, our cottage is just a 7-minute walk to the serene water, surrounded by awesome bike and walking trails. We're super close to the Harbor Walk, downtown, and Fishermen's Village – plenty to see and do!

Our property is clean and welcoming. You can enjoy a relaxing, warm and peaceful getaway from the rest of the world just steps to the beach. This is the perfect "Old Florida-style" location to experience the comfort and hospitality you so deserve! Grab your bathing suit/flip flops and enjoy tranquillity of beach life, sunsets and lazy days of fishing and bird/dolphin/manatee watching and gathering sea shells-- all only 2 blocks away!

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
