Spacious apartment occupying an entire floor, featuring four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, balcony, and stunning sea views. The house is situated in a peaceful area just 70 meters from the sea. It’s a 5-minute walk from the nearest pebble beaches (Stari Porat, Šćit) and 10 minutes to the famous Punta Rata beach. The entire seaside promenade & our street are flat, while the surrounding area is more varied, with hilly paths, streets, and many stairs.
