BLACK TI, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom luxury black cabin, nestled in a 200-acre farm in the Poas Costa Rica region, is a perfect getaway for couples or small families. The cabin is surrounded by nature and farmland, it offers stunning views of the Poás Volcano and the Central Valley. It features a number of amenities, including a Finnish sauna, hanging bed,fire pit, BBQ, hammocks, kids house, and fireplace. The cabin's name is inspired by Cordyline fruticosa, a tropical plant with black leaves.

Oct 25: We have just completed a full remodel of this lovely house. It now has two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, deck, and laundry room all on one level and with wide doors to make it wheelchair friendly. My mother built this as her retirement house. She wanted a cozy, comfortable, house with a beautiful view. Wood floors, fireplace with firewood provided for the chilly Monteverde nights, beautiful windows so that you are looking down on the tops of the trees in the river gorge.

Located in a large property which is shared with another house we have on Airbnb as well but with enough space from each other so there is enough privacy for our guests, with gardens and surrounded by trees, the perfect place to rest. We have 24-hour surveillance for the safety of our guests. Enjoy this beautiful place and feel at home!
