Quiet, local neighborhood - 10 minute walk to the happening restaurant and bar scene of Puntas and some of Rincón's best beaches for both swimming, surfing and snorkeling: Sandy Beach, Parking Lots, Pools , and others ( Puntas have steep hills if you are in good shape is an easy walk otherwise a car will be best !). Only 10 minute drive to town square , 5 min to Calipso , Maria’s & Domes beach .

Our cozy apartment for couples, with a small pool NOT SHARED. If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes. The Red Casita

Beautiful home located in the heart of Puntas with nearby beaches, lighthouse, restaurants and bars. Our home offers private parking, full kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We have a generator and backup water reserve! We also have a spacious back deck where you can watch the ocean and star gaze! We will only allow staying guests on property. No visitors, large gatherings or parties.

Located half mile (800m) up the hill from Sandy Beach, It is a single family home.
