A spacious 1 bedroom ( King size) apartment on the ground level of a 2 story/2 apt. house. This apartment (Puntas Abajo) is around the back of the house facing the pool and has a private entrance. It is very quiet! 1 free parking space conveniently located in front of the house. Apt is in Puntas, Rincon central to all beaches, restaurants and everything that is rincon! Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!

The Bungalow has vaulted ceilings and an amazing private pool, it is nestled in a peaceful rural neighborhood in Puntas, a World Class Surfing Spot. Located half mile (800m) up the hill from Sandy Beach, It is a single family home.

The Pineapple Suite is located on the 2nd floor in a home with 3 other rental units, 1 next door and 2 below. The rooftop terrace is one floor up, and is a shared space for all guests. This room features 1 bedroom, a private kitchen, bathroom & access to the rooftop. The space is clean and bright, with beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom. Located right off of 413 in Puntas barrio.
